Brian Hebeisen

Brian Hebeisen made the journey south from Minnesota onward to Oklahoma for the very first running of The Invite presented by Dunlop at Hallett Motor Racing Circuit. The Minnesota native stayed busy throughout the three day weekend of racing action as he chose to compete in a total of four classes: Superbike 600 Expert, the 600 Shoot-Out, Twins Expert, and Twins Shoot-Out. In the 600cc categories, Hebeisen put in a couple of solid and consistent performances over the course of the weekend. The #2 machine ran lap times in the high 1:20.00 second range in the opening Superbike 600 Expert race and ended up capturing 6th position with relative ease at the finish line. In races two and three, Hebeisen finished 6th and 7th, respectively, and he chose not to line up for the fourth and final race. In the 600 Shoot-Out, the Minnesotan laid down a strong showing as he finished in 5th place in race one and improved on his own result in the second outing, securing 4th place with one of his best lap times of the weekend on his YZF-R6. In the Twins Expert category, Hebeisen kept it straight across the board with four consecutive 5th place finishes in order to earn a 5th place overall, continuing to improve his personal best lap times from one race to the next. In the ten lap Twins Shoot-Out races, the rider out of Minnesota finished in 6th place and 3rd place respectively, bringing his lap time all the way down to a 1:23.42 during his final outing for the weekend.
